Rescue task for Wellington fire crew
At 20:22 on Friday, 9 November, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service took a call concerning a car crash in Preston Brockhurst, Shropshire.
Three fire engines from Prees and Wem Fire Stations were joined by the Wellington-based Special Rescue Tender and an operations officer.
When they arrived at the scene they found that a car had gone onto its roof, although nobody was trapped in the vehicle.
The occupant of the car was given first aid treatment and oxygen and the vehicle was made safe by the use of standard issue fire engine tools.
Police officers and an ambulance were also at the scene.
